Rising from line cook to executive chef and pioneering entrepreneur, his story embodies the transformative power of dedication. His expertise, honed through years in the kitchen and celebrated with numerous accolades, now enriches the industry through multiple channels.
As a Goldman Sachs 10KSB Alumni and culinary education advocate, Sean shapes future industry leaders at both San Jacinto College and the University of Houston's Conrad N. Hilton College. For 15 years, he has mentored countless culinary entrepreneurs, sharing his wealth of knowledge and serving currently as a business consultant through the Feed the Soul Foundation's 60% Pledge Program.
