It all began in 2012 when Chef Sean Perrodin set out to perfect a versatile and delicious Creole teacake baking mix in his kitchen. He affectionately called it his "Golden Ticket," envisioning this nostalgic treat reaching households everywhere. Three years later, a major grocery retailer purchased 36,000 teacakes, which sold out in just 120 days, while his small restaurant baked over 2,000 teacakes weekly.
Customers savored every bite, reliving cherished childhood memories and experiencing pure joy through the flavor of these Creole teacakes.
